TEHRAN – President Hassan Rouhani will hold a press conference which will be attended by domestic and foreign correspondents within two weeks, Presidential Chief of Staff Mahmoud Vaezi said on Wednesday.

Vazei also pointed to President Rouhani’s recent TV interview, saying the important thing was that the president focused on issues that had not been brought up until then.

During the interview, Rouhani answered questions and rumors about himself and the country.

It was his first televised interview after the recent unrest, which broke out across the country and died down after a week.
